Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $65,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Personal Financial Advisor to guide individuals and families through comprehensive financial planning. The role combines deep planning expertise with empathetic, long-term relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
- Build comprehensive financial plans across investments, retirement, tax, and estate
- Recommend and implement strategies tailored to each client's goals
- Conduct annual reviews and ongoing portfolio rebalancing
- Build and grow a book through referrals and proactive outreach
- Maintain compliance with fiduciary, regulatory, and disclosure requirements
- Document client interactions and recommendations thoroughly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Series 7 / Series 65 or 66 (or equivalent licensure)
- 3+ years in personal financial advisory or wealth management
- CFP designation strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and client presence
- Track record of growing AUM and long-term client relationships
