Temporary Engineering Administrator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
1. Coordinating maintenance schedules, supporting the department’s core functions.
2. Utilising a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support scheduling, optimise workflows, and track work orders.
3. Liaising effectively with contractors and internal managers to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks aligning with business objectives.
4. Managing a high volume of administrative tasks independently, prioritising work to meet deadlines.
5. Assisting in documenting maintenance activities accurately and maintaining comprehensive records.
6. Supporting the team in maintaining compliance and safety regulations.
