Senior Estate & Personal Assistant
Full-time senior administrative role overseeing a gentleman’s large private property and acting as his PA across both business and personal matters. Requires maturity, experience, discretion, honesty, strong typing skills, and the ability to manage all tasks typical of a small estate office.
Key Duties:
* Typing, filing, and general administration
* Diary and budget management
* IT and email oversight
* Payroll coordination (via external accountants)
* Bill payments, banking, and expenditure control (up to £150k)
* Management of household and maintenance staff
* Property upkeep oversight
* Travel bookings
Details:
* Negotiable salary (skills/experience dependent) + employer pension contribution
* Primarily office-based; potential to reduce to 34 days per week over time
