Staffordshire Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator looking to join a friendly, professional team where quality truly comes first? Fram are working with a boutique Wealth Management firm, based in Staffordshire, is seeking a Senior IFA Administrator to support our Financial Planners and provide an outstanding experience for our valued clients. They specialise in helping individuals and families plan their finances for a secure and comfortable future. Unlike larger firms, they prioritise quality of service over quantity of clients, ensuring each client receives the attention and care they deserve. As a Senior Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our advisers and ensuring that client journeys run smoothly from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include: Client Administration Creating and maintaining accurate client records across back-office systems, platforms, and specialist tools. Preparing client documentation and correspondence before and after meetings. Checking the accuracy of new business documentation and ensuring applications are processed in line with company standards. Reconciling fees, maintaining supporting documentation, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed promptly. Liaising with product providers, sending Letters of Authority, and gathering accurate client information. Producing portfolio valuations and supporting fund switches, withdrawals, and rebalances. Acting as a professional, friendly point of contact for clients. Preparing review packs and documentation as part of the Annual Review process. Supporting advisers with the delivery of client reviews and implementation of action points. General Administration - managing incoming calls, post, and correspondence. Keeping systems up to date and supporting wider office functions. Our client is looking for someone who: Has previous experience in financial services administration (wealth management or IFA background preferred). Is confident using back-office systems and Microsoft Office. Has excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Can communicate clearly and professionally with clients, providers, and colleagues. Enjoys being part of a small, supportive team where everyone contributes.
