Salespeople – ready to take your skills into a new sector?
If you're a strong salesperson with proven B2B experience – perhaps in recruitment, HR software, ed-tech, or another service-led industry – and you enjoy winning new business and building client relationships, this role could be your next step.
You'll be selling apprenticeships – engaging with businesses, understanding their training needs, and arranging programmes to upskill their staff or bring new talent into tech. You'll focus on managing the client side, while the internal recruitment team takes care of sourcing and placing the apprentices.
The Company
You'll be joining the sales team of one of the UK's most respected and well-known digital training providers. They've trained over 40,000 learners and work with household names including Apple, NHS England, Costa Coffee, and the Ministry of Justice to upskill their workforces.
They're also a great place to work, with:
* Great Place to Work Certification
* Training Provider of the Year 2022
* Gold at the Learning Tech Awards
* Official Dyslexia Friendly Employer status
* A strong commitment to D&I, running free workshops to help more people break into tech
Not only will you use your sales skills in a new sector – you'll also be helping to bring diverse talent into tech, supporting people to upskill with recognised qualifications, and playing a part in tackling the UK's digital skills gap.
What you'll be doing
Winning and developing employer partnerships across the North of England
* Selling apprenticeship programmes in digital, IT and tech
* Working to monthly and quarterly targets

Top performers are also rewarded with incentive trips abroad (recent destinations include New York, Miami, Las Vegas and Barcelona).
* £28,000 – £35,000 DOE + uncapped commission
* Hybrid working – 3 days in the Leeds City Centre office, 2 days from home
* Excellent career progression with clear promotion routes into senior sales roles
We'd love to hear from you if you:
