We are now looking for a EU Returns Operator to play a key role in managing returned stock from across the EU and supporting smooth reverse logistics operations.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Monitor daily transport activity to ensure all collections and deliveries are running on time
* Identify and manage any issues with collections or deliveries, escalating where required
* Plan and schedule collections for the following day
* Review routes and identify opportunities to combine loads in a cost‑effective manner
* Tender transport jobs through the system in line with agreed processes
* Identify opportunities for improvements and cost savings within transport and returns operations
* Maintain regular contact with the customer, couriers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Ensure system data is accurate and updated in a timely manner
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Experience within logistics or transport
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with external partners and internal teams
* Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office - specifically Excel
