1to1 Group is recruiting for a Progress Coach to join our client’s team in Sparsholt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding and mentoring individuals to help them achieve their goals. This role requires effective communication, participant education, and creating an engaging learning environment.
Role Details:
* £14.50 per hour
* Temporary position
* Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
* Location: Sparsholt
Responsibilities:
* Conduct coaching sessions to facilitate personal and professional development.
* Present information clearly and effectively to all involved parties.
* Develop customized coaching plans based on individual needs and objectives.
* Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
* Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Show passion for helping others succeed and a commitment to their development.
* Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding academic performance to students, parents, and staff, in line with college policies.
* Ensure compliance with procedures, protocols, and administrative processes related to support services.
