As a Customer Team Leader, you will play a key part in coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, deputising for the Store Manager, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop your team's capabilities through training and coaching, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Manage store operations, including stock accuracy and diligence checks, to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
* Support the Store Manager with HR processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
* Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the job.
