This role of Audit Partner in Birmingham offers an exceptional opportunity to lead and oversee audit engagements within a large and highly regarded mid-tier firm. You will work closely with the existing leadership team to continue the development of the Birmingham department before ultimately taking on full responsibility for this team.

Description
* Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
* Provide strategic advice and insights to clients to support their financial goals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
* Mentor and support the Management team to sustain the departments growth.
* Contribute to business development initiatives within the Midlands.
Profile
* An ACA, or ACCA, qualified RI with experience of controlling a portfolio of audit clients
* Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
* Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strategic thinking with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions.
