Job Title: Pharmacy Dispenser (with Technician Training & Future Supervisor Role)

Hours: Part-time – 25 hours per week (flexible/negotiable)

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Pharmacy Dispenser to join our small, supportive team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy, assisting patients, and supporting the pharmacist in the delivery of services.
As part of this role, you will be enrolled onto a Pharmacy Technician Training Programme (2 years) – a fantastic opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while developing your career in pharmacy. Once training is successfully completed, you will be offered the opportunity to step into a Supervisor role within the pharmacy, supporting the team and helping to drive service performance and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Dispensing medicines accurately and efficiently
* Assisting with stock management and ordering
* Providing excellent customer service and advice
* Supporting the pharmacist with NHS and private services
* Completing all training and coursework associated with the Technician course
What We're Looking For:
* Pharmacy experience is essential
* Strong service orientation with a focus on improving patient care and pharmacy performance
* Ability to identify and develop new opportunities for the pharmacy
* High level of computer literacy and confidence with digital systems
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A friendly, approachable manner and commitment to excellent patient care
* Reliability and the ability to work well as part of a team
