We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Handle materials efficiently, including loading and unloading goods from lorries.
* Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and manage stock effectively.
* Utilise forklifts for moving heavy items safely within the warehouse.
* Conduct shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of shipments.
* Engage in heavy lifting tasks as required, adhering to safety protocols to prevent injury.
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, ensuring that all items are stored correctly.
* Assist in stock management by conducting regular inventory checks and reporting discrepancies.
Experience
* Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with quality control processes and materials handling techniques is advantageous.
* Basic mechanical knowledge will be beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues as they arise.
* Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is desirable.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the shift is required.
