Part-time Bookkeeper – £15 per hour / £120 per week Benefits – Manchester The Role Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent knowledge of QuickBooks? Can you manage a busy set of accounts while supporting a junior team member? SBS Audio Visual is a growing audio-visual company based in Trafford Park, Manchester, and we're looking for a part-time Bookkeeper to join us one day per week in the office. You'll take charge of our day-to-day financial operations, working closely with our accounts assistant and liaising with external accountants. You'll help ensure everything runs smoothly—from VAT returns and payroll to supplier payments and debt chasing. This is a part-time role with one day per week required in our Trafford Park office. There may be opportunities to increase your hours or move to remote working in future. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and reconcile quarterly VAT returns Manage payment runs and ensure all invoices are processed promptly Reconcile bank transactions and supplier statements Chase overdue payments and follow up with debtors Oversee employee overtime, holidays, sick leave, and timesheets Submit payroll data to external accountants Supervise the accounts assistant and ensure deadlines are met Liaise with our accountants for VAT, PAYE and annual accounts The Company We are a production company with a passion for events.
