Your Responsibilities as an SEN Teacher
1. Delivering high‑quality teaching tailored to individual EHCPs
2. Working closely with colleagues, parents, and external specialists
3. Creating inclusive, nurturing classroom environments
4. Monitoring progress and adapting learning strategies to support every child
What We’re Looking For
5. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
6. Experience supporting children with special educational needs (SEN/SEND)
7. Excellentmunication and organisational skills
8. Patience, empathy, and resilience
9. Amitment to improving oues for all learners
