This role focuses on remote account management, sales development, and lead generation to maximise sales and profitability across bronze, low‐potential, and selected customer segments.## **Responsibilities*** Manage, develop, and maintain assigned customer accounts remotely to maximise sales and profit* Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support lead generation activities* Develop business across bronze and selected customers through range selling, cross-selling, and value-based pricing* Execute remote sales activities, including preparing proposals, coordinating and negotiating with customers, closing deals, and responding to RFQs* Identify high-potential accounts and define strategies to convert prospects into customers* Identify, prioritise, and proactively contact prospective customers* Manage customer-related initiatives and projects as required* Maintain accurate records within the CRM system and complete all relevant sales reporting* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and delivery**Your Profile*** Experience in internal sales, account management, or customer-focused roles* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customers remotely* Commercially minded with a focus on sales growth and profitability* Well organised with strong attention to detail and CRM usage* Experience in water treatment, industrial services, or technical sales is desirable but not essential**Location:** Leeds **Hours:** Full-time, 37 hours per week **Working pattern:*** Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm* Friday: 8:30am – 4:30pmBrenntag provides equal employment opportunities to qualified applicants and employees of all backgrounds and identities to create a workplace where difference is valued because it forms a resilient and more innovative organization.
