Job Description
This dual role involves managing order processing—engagement with key customers, Commercial & Field Sales Teams, and Supply Chain & Logistics to meet customer demands—alongside Front of House responsibilities that include reception duties, telephone handling, hospitality, and proactive office upkeep.
Key Responsibilities – Customer Planner
* Sales and sample order processing
* Liaison with logistics partners, customers, and sales reps to ensure orders are processed and goods delivered as expected
* Dealing with customer queries and providing customer service
* Issuing daily/weekly order reporting with our logistics partner
* Daily loading sheet processing
* Obtaining supporting evidence and authorization for credit note requests
* Collaborating with the sales team and management on all aspects of the business
Key Responsibilities – Front of House
* Telephone duties, hospitality, meeting & greeting, board room set up, daily post distribution, and organisation of hotel bookings
* Planning and organising monthly office events, ensuring themed and creative events that set the company apart
* Maintaining the office environment: cleanliness, printer & copier operation, general stationery, and communal areas
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
* Very high attention to detail
* Resilient self‑starter capable of working independently
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
* Proficient in ERP systems related to order processing
* Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer planning/order processing
* Experience in FMCG retail or wholesale sectors a plus
* Approachable and collaborative attitude
