Overview
XPS Group is a leading UK consulting and administration business specialising in the pensions and insurance sectors. Our Self Invested Pensions business continues to grow and we are now looking for a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant to join our Stirling office with hybrid working. This is an exciting role and would suit someone with previous experience in a similar role within SIPP / SSAS administration.

The Role
As a SIPP / SSAS Property Consultant with XPS you will:
* Manage a portfolio of commercial property purchase and in-specie transfer transactions
* Meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining department service and quality standards
* Ensure the quality of work is of the highest standard
* Liaise with Financial Advisers, Solicitors and other property professionals to ensure the transaction completes as smoothly as possible
* Work to protect the interests of XPS and ensure department procedures are followed at all times; reassure clients and their advisers, and delight them where possible
* Actively make recommendations to continually improve the department’s work processes and knowledge
* Take ownership of their portfolio and all property related processes
* Interpret and explain pensions terminology and processes to clients as needed
* Check the work of colleagues to ensure high quality output
* Participate in and help resolve complaints related to property
Your profile
Essential Criteria
* Maths and English GCSE grade 4/C or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar SIPP/SSAS pensions role
* Broad range of communication and influencing skills
* Attention to detail and ability to challenge third parties when required
* Confident, self-motivated, and well organized
* Ability to navigate complex processes and identify improvement opportunities
* Ability to work towards tight and urgent deadlines
