We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between teams, and maintaining accurate records. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while providing excellent customer service. This role is perfect for someone who loves a mix of admin tasks and customer service.
You'll be a key player in ensuring clients-from churches to care homes all have the best service possible.
Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing invoices, purchase orders and maintaining sales records.
* Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
* Utilise software tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) to support daily operations.
* Managing deliveries and coordinating with DPD for smooth operations.
* Taking care of incoming and outgoing post
* Working closely with our sales team, admin team and Company Owner, to keep things running smoothly.
* Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
Qualifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar software is advantageous.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
* Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Effective time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
* Previous experience in a customer service role.

Particulars:
Working Days:
5 x days a week. You'll be in the office Monday to Friday.
Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM on all days except Fridays which are 9:00 AM – 4.30 PM.
Location:
Convenient on-site work with free parking available.
Holiday:
25 days of holiday plus bank holidays to relax and recharge.
Salary:
£12.50 per hour.
