The Role In this vital position, you will be the primary point of contact for all matters relating to student presence and punctuality. This requires a unique blend of firm administrative precision and genuine empathy. You will work closely with families, external agencies, and the Senior Leadership Team to identify patterns of absence and implement effective interventions. Whether you are conducting home visits, leading attendance panels, or managing daily registers, you must act with a pioneering spirit to ensure every student reaches their highest potential. You will utilize the school's technology-rich Management Information Systems to track data with total precision, providing the technical support needed to maintain a well-ordered, scholarly environment.
