The Opportunity As part of our growth strategy, La Fosse is seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Public Sector Change and Transformation practice throughout the United Kingdom. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a talented and well-established team of 7 professionals, working on a variety of projects for multiple Public Sector organizations in the UK. This will include both permanent and contract markets, offering a diverse and exciting portfolio of work. Your expertise and insights will contribute directly to shaping the future of public services, making a positive impact on communities across the country. Requirements Extensive experience in successfully managing the end-to-end recruitment process for both contract and permanent positions, showcasing tangible outcomes. Proficient in working within Public Sector organizations and frameworks. Knowledge of additional languages is highly desirable. Adept at utilizing LinkedIn for targeted recruitment of senior candidates. Experienced in navigating various job boards effectively. Demonstrates strong commercial awareness. Proven track record in establishing and developing new client relationships. Achieves consistent billings in a fast-paced agency environment.
