15 hours per week (3 days) 6.30am -11.30am
£8.05 - £12.61 per hour (Depending on age)
We're looking for an enthusiastic early riser to join us in an exciting new role at SPAR Stormont as part of our growing Food to Go operation.
You'll play a key part in launching and running our brand-new Turbo Serve and Barista Bar offerings: preparing hot food, baking sweet treats, breads and baguettes and delivering a fresh, fast and friendly service each morning.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Preparing and replenishing hot breakfast items, breads, baguettes and fresh grab-and-go favourites
* Baking and presenting sweet treats like cookies, pastries and donuts
* Taking the lead on daily stock ordering for Food-to-go and bakery items, Barista Bar coffee machine stock (cups, syrups, etc.)
* Keeping all prep areas clean, organised and compliant with food safety and hygiene standards
* Completing ad hoc stock counts and participating in quarterly stocktakes
* Supporting wider store operations when required including: Serving customers on tills, Stocking shelves and merchandising, Helping with morning set-up and ensuring the store is trading-ready
What We're Looking For:
Food prep or retail experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided.
Comfortable with early morning shifts (6.30am–11.30am)
Passionate about food quality, freshness and presentation
Organised, dependable and detail-oriented
Happy to multitask and support across the store
Confident in following food safety, prep, and ordering routines
