What your day will look like
You’ll deliver pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects at KS3 and KS4. The planning is done, your job is to lead confidently and keep students engaged.
You will:
* Supervise classes using set lesson resources
* Maintain a calm, purposeful learning environment
* Apply the school’s behaviour policy consistently
* Encourage students to complete work independently
* Provide clear feedback to teaching staff at the end of the day
There’s no marking or lesson planning involved. What matters here is your presence, your confidence, and your ability to build quick rapport.
