Receptionist / Travel Coordinator – Manchester
I’m partnering exclusively with a highly respected Top 100 UK Law Firm in Manchester who are known for their incredible culture, strong team values and genuinely supportive working environment. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with Reception / Front of House experience who wants to step into a more multi-faceted role and expand their skill set further in Facilities & Travel Coordination.
This role sits within the Facilities team and will play a key part in the smooth running of the business, coordinating all internal travel & accommodation bookings for the firm, supporting with the management of fleet vehicles, and providing Front of House cover when needed.
You’ll be the face of the business when required, greeting clients, supporting events and ensuring exceptional service standards.
