Account Manager – Canary Wharf
CBRE is the global leader in real estate services and actively seeks an Account Manager to take responsibility for a large private sector customer in the Facilities Management division. The role focuses on delivering FM to the Account, working in partnership with stakeholders to maintain a 5‑Star service and innovate for operational and commercial performance.
Responsibilities
* Run day‑to‑day hard services operations, organising the site team and supply chain to meet contractual outputs and objectives.
* Maintain customer relations through progress meetings, site visits, and referrals.
* Manage and hold accountability for P&L, maintaining agreed profit margins.
* Lead a team of soft services professionals, M&E engineers, and contract support workers to maximize company performance.
* Assist in preparing standard operating procedures, emergency and contingency plans.
* Ensure healthy and safe working conditions, regularly review H&S policy.
* Identify strategic opportunities to develop the contract, increasing turnover and profitability, and ensure contracts are re‑won on re‑tender.
Qualifications
* Quantifiable experience in a similar FM role.
* Facilities Management experience.
* Qualification in health & safety (NEBOSH, IOSH) desirable.
* Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing P&L preferable.
* Excellent communication and management skills.
