About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team on a self-employed basis. This is a flexible, work-from-home position ideal for someone with proven experience in construction or oil & gas recruitment.
You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled candidates while maintaining relationships with both clients and workers. If you already have a strong contact base and can bring in additional business, that will make you especially attractive for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes within construction or oil & gas sectors
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
* Identify new business opportunities and help grow our client base
* Coordinate placements, ensure compliance, and support project staffing needs
Requirements:
* Previous experience recruiting in construction or oil & gas (essential)
* Strong network and ability to generate new business (highly desirable)
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
