We’re on the lookout for a Trade Development Manager to join the Grocery Channel field sales team, representing Monster Energy and the strategic distribution partner across the Essex region. You’ll be the face of Monster on the ground - driving brand presence, winning new store listings, and ensuring every shelf and secondary display brings the brand to life. The Role Reporting into the Regional Field Manager, you will: Build and nurture relationships with convenience retailers – from store managers to regional decision-makers. Drive new product distribution and ensure promotional compliance across your stores. Maximise brand visibility through creative in-store merchandising and impactful POS execution. Partner with distributor teams to deliver flawless promotional and activation execution. Track, report and analyse field activity to identify opportunities and successes.
