Key Responsibilities:
·Deliver mechanical design across a range of building services projects
·Support projects from initial concept through to detailed design and delivery
·Produce calculations, specifications and technical reports
·Work closely with clients, developers, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
·Contribute to sustainable and low-carbon design strategies
·Attend site visits and support project delivery
What they're Looking For:
·2-5 years' experience within a building services / MEP consultancy
·Experience in mechanical design (HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation systems)
·Working knowledge of UK building regulations and standards
·Familiarity with software such as Revit, IES or similar design tools
·Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
·Desire to progress and work towards chartership (CIBSE/IMechE)
