Working for a leading social housing contractor on a temporary contract in Rochdale.
Your new role
* Deliver high-quality cleaning, grounds maintenance, and gardening services across estates.
* Ensure work meets agreed standards, specifications, and timescales.
* Build positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and contractors.
* Act as a visible on-site representative of Guinness, providing access and reporting issues such as:
o Responsive repairs
o Fly-tipping
o Graffiti
o Safeguarding concerns
* Record and act on customer feedback and minor service improvements.
* Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe condition with regular checks.
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Driving licence
* * NVQ 2 or 3 in Horticulture of RHS/City and Guilds/HND equivalent. (preferred)
* * PA1, PA4b and PA6 NPTC Certificates (preferred)
