Salary: £12.21 per hour
Location: Hanley, Stoke - on - Trent
Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

Holdcroft Motor Group is seeking a dedicated Service Co-ordinator to join our successful and friendly Volvo service team on a permanent basis in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.
This is a central role where your meticulous planning and customer focus will be the driving force behind a thriving aftersales department.
As our Service Co-ordinator, you will be instrumental in keeping the entire service department organised and running efficiently, acting as the key link between the workshop and the customer. Your varied responsibilities will include:
1. Workflow Coordination: Efficiently preparing the next day's job cards and supporting the service team with workshop coordination tasks.
2. Logistics & Drivers: Organising drivers for their next trips and ensuring seamless movement of vehicles.
3. Customer Care: Acting as a welcoming customer host to any customers in the showroom and completing essential after-service calls to ensure satisfaction.
4. Administrative Support: Handling essential administrative tasks such as banking and ensuring all staff training records are up to date.
We are seeking a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills:
5. Organisational Excellence: Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage varied administrative tasks simultaneously.
6. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering and enhancing an exceptional aftersales customer experience.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal & written communication skills for managing customer calls, emails, whatsapp and acting as a showroom host.
8. Motor Trade experience is prefered but not essential.
