We are seeking an experienced Capacity Planning Manager to join a growing contact centre and operations team. This is a pivotal role in analysing business forecasts, aligning resources, and ensuring operational efficiency while supporting strategic objectives. To succeed as a Capacity Planning Manager, you'll need to be able to: Analyse business forecasts and operational trends to assess current and future capacity requirements. Develop and refine planning models that improve resource utilisation and efficiency. Work closely with cross-functional teams, you will be aligning capacity strategies with business objectives and operational realities. Lead regular planning meetings and present KPIs, you are driving transparency and informed decision-making. Identify and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs. Lead and develop and guide a small capacity planning team To succeed as a Capacity Planning Manager, you’ll need: A degree or equivalent qualification in business, operations, or a related field (or relevant practical experience) Substantial experience in capacity planning, ideally with leadership responsibilities Strong knowledge of planning tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar, along with advanced Excel proficiency Proven analytical ability to interpret data and lead cross-functional initiatives Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (advantageous but not essential) Strong communication skills with the ability to present clear reports and forecasts to senior stakeholders Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards related to capacity planning This is an excellent opportunity for a forward-thinking Capacity Planning Manager to shape strategy, improve efficiency, and support operational excellence in a thriving, people-focused business.
