General Operative
Location: Brigg, DN20 0SP.
Pay: £13.07 - £16.50 per hour (overtime available).
Schedule: Full‑time, 4 on, 4 off; 2 days and 2 nights. Hours: 6:00‑18:00 and 18:00‑6:00. Own transport required.
Responsibilities
* Support the production process.
* Operate machinery and finish products.
* Clean components.
* Conduct quality inspections.
* Pack and label for dispatch.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Perform general warehouse duties as required.
* Ensure products meet standards.
Qualifications
Reliable, physically fit, able to perform manual handling and work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience in manual production or quality control is preferred, but full training will be provided. Also, the role is not suitable for students or part‑time workers due to shift requirements.
