Overview
The Rotherham CAMHS Service invites a Band 7 CBT Therapist to join the Getting Help Pathway Team, working within specialist CAMHS teams for children and young people and their families.
Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership, supervision and high‑quality evidence‑based CBT interventions to children, young people and families.
* Carry out specialist psychological assessments, formulate cases, and develop personalised treatment plans using recognised CBT frameworks.
* Work collaboratively with multi‑disciplinary and multi‑agency partners, adhering to local policies and contributing to service transformation projects.
* Evaluate clinical outcomes, collect feedback from young people, carers and staff, and use data to inform ongoing development.
* Promote a positive, reflective culture of risk management and change, engaging with senior clinical and medical colleagues.
Qualifications
* Experienced Band 7 CBT therapist with a record of delivering evidence‑based care to children and young people.
* Strong clinical leadership and supervision skills.
* Effective communication with professionals, parents and young people.
* Capacity to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team.
