Fram Search is partnering with a well-established Financial Planning firm looking to appoint an IFA Administrator to support its advisory team and help deliver a high standard of client service. This is a varied and detail-oriented role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment while playing a key part in the end-to-end client journey. You will be responsible for supporting new and existing client activity, ensuring all business is processed efficiently and accurately, and maintaining strong communication with providers, advisers, and clients throughout. Key responsibilities: Processing new business submissions promptly and monitoring progress through to completion Setting up and maintaining client records, ensuring all plans and documentation are accurately recorded on the back-office system (Intelliflo) Obtaining and managing Letters of Authority for new clients Updating client valuations and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records Managing diaries and task workflows to ensure timely follow-ups with providers and clients Processing fund switches and tracking through to completion, ensuring systems reflect accurate holdings Supporting advisers with fact finds, documentation, and general case preparation Handling incoming and outgoing post and maintaining clear audit trails through detailed file notes What’s on offer: A supportive and professional team environment Exposure to the full financial planning process Opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and administrative expertise A stable, long-term role within a respected firm This role would suit someone with experience in financial services administration, ideally within an IFA or financial planning environment, who takes pride in accuracy, organisation, and delivering excellent client service.
