We're hiring a Wireless Solutions Architect to help shape the future of mobile connectivity. This is a high-impact role focused on designing and delivering next-generation wireless networks using Open RAN, 5G Standalone (SA), and virtualised RAN (vRAN/xRAN) technologies.
You’ll lead the architecture of scalable, cloud-native RAN systems across diverse deployment scenarios, working with multi-vendor components and cutting-edge frameworks like O-RAN Split 7.2x. From RF planning and system modelling to integration and performance optimisation, you’ll drive technical excellence across the full RAN stack.
What you'll be doing:
* Architecting advanced wireless solutions (RU/DU/CU) for public and private 5G deployments
* Leading end-to-end design, validation, and integration of vRAN/xRAN technologies
* Collaborating with engineering teams and technology partners to align designs with business goals
* Delivering secure, scalable, and interoperable network solutions that meet performance and compliance standards
