A well-established company in the commercial construction sector is currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Administrator to support their busy estimating and sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and long-standing client relationships.
The Role:
* Follow up quotations with existing customers
* Maintain and update sales tracking spreadsheets
* Support the tender process and coordinate with estimators
* Identify and track upcoming project opportunities
* Provide regular feedback and reporting to the team
* Office presence required at least one day per week (Cwmbran)
About You:
* Friendly, confident, and professional communicator
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
Desirable:
* Experience in the construction or commercial glazing sector
* Understanding of estimating or tendering processes
Location: Cwmbran (Hybrid - minimum one day in the office)
Hours: Approx. 16 hours per week (flexible)
Pay Rate: £16.00 per hour
