Due to continued growth, the position of Project Manager has become available to join our successful team based in Reading.
Costain have been contracted for the design and build of a facility near Reading. The scope of works for this project will include Programme Management, Construction, Building Services (M&E), Instrumentation and Control Systems and various external works.
Potential candidates for this role must be able to obtain and retain Security Clearance to be able to be considered.
This is a permanent role based on site.

Role Requirements
• Experience in delivering complex civil, mechanical and electrical projects nearing completion desirable.
• Experience in delivering large scale projects and p referably five years experience of working in a highly regulated environment
• Experience in leading multi contractor and multi-disciplined teams to deliver a common goal is desirable.
• Needs to be conversant with the operation of P6 and sound planning principles

• Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
• Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs.
