Join us as a Senior Client Services Manager, where you'll lead a team that truly cares and empowers people to live their very best lives. You'll inspire and guide our teams at Queen Street and Calder House, delivering high-impact, person-centred housing support and fostering a workplace where people love to come to work.
You'll manage supported living services for individuals with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, autism, and learning disabilities across two sites, and take the lead on housing management at our Batley service.

Typical day as a Senior Client Service Manager
While no two days are the same, here’s a flavour of your responsibilities:
1. Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional support services, as reflected in customer satisfaction surveys and KPIs.
2. Serving as the Safeguarding Lead for the service to ensure customer safety and support.
3. Ensuring health and safety checks, risk assessments, and records are completed accurately.
4. Managing contracts, budgets, KPIs, and liaising with stakeholders and commissioners.
5. Managing individual and team performance through coaching, assessing competencies, and setting objectives to ensure a safe, supportive, and person-centred service.

You have
* Strong people skills to help others grow and the confidence to challenge behaviours misaligned with our values.
* An understanding of our customers' needs and a passion to advocate for them.
* Experience delivering support in a housing or care environment.
* People management experience.
* Experience managing multiple services and/or managers.
* A vehicle insured for business purposes (we will reimburse mileage).

Job details
* You will manage your own diary while ensuring service requirements are met.
* You will participate in on-call duties alongside your peer managers.
* On-call shift payment of £14.30 per session.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint required.
* An Enhanced DBS check is required; we will cover the cost.
