Rullion are hiring a Shift Operations Manager for our rolling stock client based in Norwich. As the shift operations manager you will lead and coordinate a dedicated team of technicians, fitters, and assistants to deliver maintenance and repair activities on rolling stock. Along with management, you will carry out maintenance, fault-finding, repairs, investigations, and inspections as required. Required Qualifications/Experience: Recognised apprenticeship (City & Guilds BTEC minimum) with Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic bias and NVQ Level 5 or equivalent. •Extensive engineering experience in rolling stock maintenance or comparable environment.
