We are looking for someone experienced in management, coordination that wants to take the next step in their career.
We are recruiting on behalf of our client who are looking for a Care Branch Manager with the view of stepping up to be the CQC Registered Care Manager. You undertake the management, recruit an inhouse team and set up a BRAND NEW branch in the Crawley area.
This is a franchise Homecare and Domiciliary Care business with a number of successful branches across the UK, therefore you will receive a large amount of operational and national support.

Due to this being an established company, there are already contacts with local council, contracts etc, so although you will play a key part in helping the business grow hours wise, you are at an advantage here.
This is a Monday to Friday opportunity role, and once in post you will register with CQC, before recruiting an in house team consisting of Coordinators, Supervisors and Carers.
We would consider a Senior Care Coordinator/Care Manager looking or Deputy Manager ready to take that next step to becoming a Registered Manager.
Most importantly, this has to be a good person fit, so we are ultimately looking for someone hungry to grow both the branch and their own personal portfolio. A large amount of trust will be placed on the successful candidate, and in return you will be trusted to work hard to grow the branch with good support.
Experience Required:
One Year in Healthcare Management, ideally homecare/domcare
NVQ 5 Leadership and Management is desirable
Driving License is essential
Good people skills, can lead from the front and wanting to grow is a MUST.
