As our next Night Porter, you…
Will be the ‘face’ of Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel, welcoming guests warmly during the night, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.
You will assist in the hotel's night operations and support other departments in preparing for the next day.
You should be autonomous, passionate, and committed to enhancing the hotel's service quality.
Responsibilities include conducting night audits, safety checks, and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction, especially for those requiring special attention.
Additional information:
You will receive training in front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success.
Our hotel has 77 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a breakfast area, restaurants, and a bar. You will be part of a friendly team of 11 talents.
Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and care for guests.
To help you understand the guest experience, we will arrange a one-night stay for you during your onboarding.
