Click Mortgages are seeking a Part Time Telephone Customer Service Agent. The position could be remote working after training, office based in Hamstead, Birmingham or hybrid.
We specialise in arranging Mortgages for clients who may have had past credit problems, so empathy and an understanding manner is needed.
The role is to make outbound calls to clients who have already made an enquiry to us so no cold calling. You will discuss the details of the enquiry and gather more detailed information so that our qualified advisers can provide mortgage solutions for them.
You will need an excellent telephone manner, be able to build strong rapport quickly and have basic computer skills.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 5.30pm to 8.30pm
Salary is £16 per hour and in addition bonuses may be available.
If you have any history of working within the mortgage industry that would be an advantage.
