The Best Connection are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service & Maintenance Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, customer-focused individual with a passion for commercial vehicle maintenance and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage professionally with clients regarding vehicle maintenance bookings.
* Handle email and telephone enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
* Complete and manage service, repair, and maintenance paperwork accurately.
* Process compliance documentation using R2C systems.
* Liaise with third-party providers to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Assist with preparation and distribution of client reports.
* Book, schedule, and monitor third-party maintenance and roller brake tests UK-wide.
* Respond positively to daily changes and challenges.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance & Service is preferred.
* Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Team player with the ability to support colleagues as needed.
* Proficient IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office (Excel essential).
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Comfortable working within company processes and procedures.
