Events and Reporting Coordinator, 4-month Fixed Term, LHH UKI
As the market leader in Career Transition (CT), we are focused on developing our CT and Mobility Delivery model to ensure consistent quality and standards of excellence. The Events and Reporting Coordinator will oversee the end-to-end management of our candidate events. Key responsibilities will include scheduling events, monitoring attendance, providing detailed reporting for delivery operations, and deliver actionable insights to optimize future events.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
6. Plan and coordinate candidate events from conception to completion
7. Manage event bookings, scheduling, and events calendar management
8. Upload events onto internal systems accurately and on time
9. Monitor and adjust events as required, ensuring optimal engagement and smooth delivery
10. Report on event performance, attendance trends, and participant feedback
11. Identify and implement improvements to event processes to enhance efficiency and attendee experience
12. Prepare ad hoc reports to support delivery operation, providing insights to improve operation efficiency
13. Identify and communicate actionable insights to improve future virtual events
Key Performance Metrics
14. Achieve and Maintain an attendance rate of 70%
15. Assist with overall quality score of 4.4
16. Provide Monthly Events Report to stakeholders
