Learn all about Facilities Management? We're looking for multiple Digital Project Support Apprentices. Does this sound like it could be for you?
Responsibilities:
1. Tech-savvy tasks: Get hands-on with our job booking system, Concept. You'll log jobs, raise purchase orders, and become a superuser by the end of your apprenticeship.
2. Problem-solving pro: Provide digital support to Accounts Payable using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (ERP financial suite), resolving supplier invoice queries and ensuring the invoicing process runs smoothly.
3. Be the go-to person: You'll be the first point of contact for customers and stakeholders at OCS. Manage Microsoft packages, Teams, and shared drives to access internal documents and applications. Handle inquiries via in person, email, and phone, ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and the supply chain.
4. Project support: Assist the project team with estimating and tender processes to help deliver maintenance projects across the estate.
5. Efficiency expert: Work proactively to reduce the current level and aging of delegated contract's WIP and chase supplier invoices for timely invoicing. PC skills will be taught during your apprenticeship.
6. Teamwork and communication: Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent communication skills.

Salary: £18,000 per annum
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
