Responsibilities:
1. Be the initial point of contact for inbound queries and build lasting relationships with clients.
2. Coordinate IT procurement, stock control, and billing administration.
3. Provide pre-sales advice and support to clients.
4. Process returns requests and undertake ad hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
5. GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
6. Knowledge of IT hardware, software, and licensing.
7. Strong administration and organisational skills.
8. UK driving license.

10. Experience with Microsoft Windows, Exchange Server, and Office Packages.
11. Familiarity with ConnectWise, Quosal, and ISO standards.
