The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and highly experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join their expanding team based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
You will work alongside some of the most respected and high-performing names in the industry, many of whom are ranked in the L500. The role involves leading and managing a diverse and complex Commercial Property caseload, including:
1. Landlord & Tenant matters
2. Development projects
3. Acquisitions and Disposals
4. Real estate finance
With a broad and diverse client base-including retail, leisure, healthcare, public authorities, and more-you will have the chance to work on high-value, strategic transactions and gain significant client exposure.
Requirements:
5. You will be a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
6. You will have proven experience in handling complex, high-value Commercial Property matters
7. You will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior members of the team
8. You will be motivated by the opportunity to lead and contribute to the growth of the department
