Job Title: Project Director
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Director to manage an entire project team, including project engineering managers, engineers, disciplines, project services, and third parties. The role is responsible for delivering Pre-FEED, FEED, or Detailed Design projects, or parts of major projects, in accordance with contractual, budgetary, schedule, and quality standards, including HSSE and Quality standards.

Your responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee delivery of Pre-FEED, FEED, detailed design, and EPCM projects.
2. Provide leadership in HSSE and QA/QC, approve project plans, and support audits.
3. Establish and resource project requirements, including staffing, facilities, and infrastructure, while reviewing demobilization and project progress to optimize costs.
4. Lead the initial mobilization of the project team, ensuring activities are reviewed, actions assigned, and communication channels established.
5. Approve the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and coordinate procedures, ensuring effective implementation.
6. Lead technical reviews such as HAZOP, HAZID, value engineering, supported by the engineering team.
7. Be accountable for the project budget and contract, coordinating activities for successful project initiation, execution, and close-out, ensuring adherence to schedule and contractual obligations.
8. Implement mechanisms for progress monitoring and reporting, manage changes, and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.
9. Make all management, commercial, and technical decisions, consulting with senior stakeholders as necessary.
10. Supervise a team of up to 75+ personnel, including engineers, designers, and contractors.
11. Perform duties primarily in the main office, with travel to other offices, client sites, and project sites as required.
Your knowledge, skills, education, and experience:
* Masters Degree in Engineering; Chartered status preferred.
* Significant project management experience in Oil and Gas, managing FEED and Detailed Design projects.
* Strong understanding of contract terms, international codes, safety, and quality procedures.
* Excellent planning and project controls knowledge.
* Global work share experience.
