PERSONAL INJURY SOLICITOR, NQ+, MANCHESTER, £COMPETITIVE SALARY AND BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING HYBRID WORKING – Market Leading national law firm expanding its Healthcare team. JOB REF:3352• An established and award-winning legal practice is seeking an additional solicitor to join its Health Litigation team. The team specialises in clinical negligence and employers’/public liability claims on behalf of NHS and healthcare clients.• This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in a highly regarded team with a strong reputation in the healthcare sector.• Managing and assisting on a caseload of EL/PL and clinical negligence matters, drafting reports and legal documentation, interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements• Supporting higher-value claims with senior colleagues, delivering client training and presentations• Qualified solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE• Experience in defendant EL/PL work preferred (claimant experience also considered)• Clinical negligence experience desirable• Strong organisational and communication skills• High attention to detail and a proactive approach• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• To apply contact Melanie Daly at eNL on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.
