Cleaner / Caretaker We are currently recruiting for Cleaner/caretakers for our client in Plymouth, to help maintain their excellent standards across their properties and outdoor spaces. Pay rate is £12.97 per hour Working Monday to Friday We have part time and full time vacancies to fill on temporary contracts. What You’ll Be Doing In this varied, hands‑on role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our neighbourhoods looking their best. Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out caretaking, cleaning, and grounds maintenance tasks across our properties. Supporting property clearances and helping to secure empty homes. Ensuring all areas are safe, tidy and compliant with health and safety best practice. Working closely with residents, neighbourhood housing teams and colleagues to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
