We're looking for a
Senior Care Lead (Nights)
to join our amazing team at Bridge Haven and lead with heart, purpose, and professionalism.
What You'll Do
Lead and inspire Care Assistants to deliver exceptional, person-centred care
Provide hands-on support in line with Avante's Philosophy of Care and the Eden Alternative
Supervise the home in the absence of senior management
Mentor and train staff to ensure a safe, nurturing environment
What You Bring
NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (required)
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
