Job Title: Fire & SecurityQuantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 pa DOE

Role duties and responsibilities for a Fire & Security Quantity Surveyor
Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments
Exposure to high-rise residential projects and occupied housing environments
Opportunity to lead and take ownership of complex projects from pre-start to final account
Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance
Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration
Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance
A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements
Adhoc duties as required
Qualifications & Experience Required for a Fire & Security Quantity Surveyor:
Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors
A solid understanding of JCT contracts
Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account
A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements
Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiar with project/CRM platforms
